Special activities are family oriented.
Purpose Provide educational updates on current information on the diagnosis and management of selected diseases commonly seen by Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma otolaryngologists and related specialists. CME credits will be available.     
Exhibit Information
Space
  • 12 booths consisting of an 8-foot skirted table
  • Electrical connections available (please request in advance)
  • Additional manpower available for setup (please request in advance)

Cost $1600/booth       NOTE: The cost of each exhibit booth may be split between a corporation’s state representatives and/or between the Arkansas and Missouri representatives. Support of special events is applied directly to the specified event.

Special Events
(Exhibitors purchasing a booth are eligible to support any of the following events for a minimum of $1000)

  • Welcome Reception and Buffet Dinner (Friday evening)
  • Arkansas Business Meeting/Lunch (Saturday noon)
  • Missouri Business Meeting/Lunch (Saturday noon)
  • Golf Tournament (Saturday afternoon)
  • Dogwood Canyon Tour and Dinner (Saturday evening)

Contributions of a minimum of $500 will be formally acknowledged in printed program and verbally at the meeting and are appreciated.


About BCL, Registration, Reservations
BCL Big Cedar Lodge is located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains and is an ideal setting for this meeting and a wonderful resort for families. BCL offers many recreational opportunities on-site to entertain family members while you attend the meeting. Bass Pro Shop and shopping in Branson are within an hour’s drive or less. A block of rooms and cabins have been reserved for participants of the Combined meeting.
